Our Agreement
Welcome to Cadenza Canvas. By accessing our workshops or booking a session, you're agreeing to the rules laid out here. We've spent 17 years refining our studio environment to ensure everyone stays safe while the paint flies. Do you understand that your creative spark depends on a respectful shared space?
Registration for any acrylic painting class or sound-inspired workshop implies a binding commitment. We're here to provide the tubes of pigment and the rhythm; we just ask that you bring the focus.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens. We get it. However, since our private lessons and boutique workshops have limited stools, we require at least 48 hours' notice for a full credit. Why? Because it gives another artist on our waitlist a chance to step into the light.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will unfortunately forfeit the booking fee. Don't worry, we'll always try to accommodate emergencies where possible.
Studio Liability & Safety
While we use high-quality, non-toxic acrylics and curated therapeutic sounds, art can be a messy business. By participating in any activity at Cadenza Canvas, you acknowledge that we aren't liable for any damage to your personal clothing or property. Wear your aprons!
For our art therapy sessions incorporating sound, please inform the instructor of any auditory sensitivities beforehand. We aim for harmony, not discomfort. We're committed to your well-being, but we must emphasize that session participants assume all risks associated with studio equipment and medium handling.
